This are legitimately my favourite vitamin C products now, nordic naturals have started making so many gummie versions of their vitamins and products, it makes my tablet taking easier, and it also makes giving vitamins to my family a lot easier too! These are a really nice chewy and tart gummie which are actually quite moreish. I try and top up my vitamin c from eating regular fruit so a 250mg dosage is perfect for me. Keeps my immune system strong and keeps away those coughs and colds!

These gummies are so good man, one of the best things about my childhood was getting to have my gummy vitamin C before i went on my walk to primary school.. i genuinely looked forward to it every single day so its awesome that you can get these adult dosed vitamin C tablets which are in gummy form which is so much more fun than taking powders or normal tablets! The 250mg of this per serving is so good!

I have tried a range of vitamin c supplements, some have been in powder form which i recommend for consuming larger amounts e.g. upto 10 grams or more per day, others have been in the effervescent dissolvable form which make intra or pre workout drinks taste nicer when in orange or raspberry flavours, i also have had some of the chewable ones in orange flavour which have been nice and almost like eating some sweets which makes a nice addition to a fat loss phase as an orange flavoured treat, these work well like the chewable versions and are in small gummies, i recommend this version for kids because they taste like orange gummy candy / sweets and are moreish so easy to eat to get in required vitamin c, i find vitamin c to be great as an antioxidant for supporting optimal immune function and this is a great form that my younger nephew enjoys to consume.
